MATCHING FUNDS drafted off the rail just off the vying two sum into the far turn, sent to the attack five deep approaching the furlong marker, rallied clear with good energy through the final sixteenth. ARCO THUNDER stalked the pace setter into the fist turn, upped the pressure vied two wide down the backside, quickened stride once more dueled outside ROYAL IRISH into the lane, dug in gamely conceded grudgingly through the wire. ROYAL IRISH broke alertly, took the lead well in hand into the first turn, kicked on when hooked by ARCO THUNDER midway down the backside, dueled inside that rival into the lane, battled hard into deep stretch, chased on well late, bested the rest. GOLDEN CITY STREET found a clean pocket along the rail and off the pace into the far turn, took aim six wide into the lane, finished one paced through the final sixteenth. CLASSIC SENSATION settled off the pace four wide, remained in the four path through the stretch, had no late kick. SUNSET SKIP rated off the pace four wide down the backside, called up around the far turn, never factored.
