Footnotes
CAJUN SWAGGER rubbed the gate leaving, settled inside off the pace then moved into striking distance up the backstretch, angled out on the turn, came four wide into the stretch, rallied from the middle portion of the track and nailed the runner-up. HAY LOVER BOY brushed with outer rival in the beginning, went up to duel from outside, kicked clear on the turn, remained unchallenged into deep stretch, grew weary late and got nailed by the winner. FOSFORITO broke out, stalked the top pair from outside, navigated the turn in the three path, was closest in pursuit of the leader into the final sixteenth, finished willingly to keep gaining to the wire but could not find the needed late punch. VELOCITY STORM chased two wide into the turn, three wide leaving the bend, showed a mild rally and earned a minor award. DOES NOT COMPUTE bumped with inner rival in the beginning, trailed two wide into the turn, moved over to the rail, eased back off the fence approaching the stretch and passed a tired rival. LIBO RIDGE fought for the lead from inside, yielded to the leader past the three-eighths pole and tired.
