SPIDERS REVENGE behind the early pace along the inside, moved closer along the rail late on the turn, tipped out three wide entering the stretch, challenged on the outside and drew clear under steady handling. RIDDICK forwardly placed just off the inside up the backstretch, shuffled back in traffic early in the turn, idled through the remainder of the turn, roused for the drive, came again late to gain the place. EAGLE IN THE AIR bumped at the break quickly recovered to contest the issue early, dueled into and through the turn off the inside, narrowly showed the way into and through upper stretch, could not contain the winner the final furlong, caught late for the runner up spot. SKY WITNESS forwardly placed while racing three wide, continued to race within contact of the leaders late in the turn, went evenly through the lane in lacking a closing kick. FIRSTUP fractious loading into the gate, raced back off the pace out in the course, four wide through the turn, lacked a closing kick. HAY LOVER BOY with the early pace, dueled through the turn along the inside, gave way in the drive. GEAUX WARRIOR bumped at the start, fell back, saved ground to no avail to trail home.
