STAR ROCK STAR cleared soon after an alert break, showed the way through the first turn in the two path in a quick opening quarter, continued to set a solid pace, responded when the runner up came alongside late in the final turn, long, extended stretch duel, found more and dug in late to narrowly prevail in game fashion. AMBRIDGE within striking distance early off the inside, three wide when moving closer in the second bend, challenged outside the winner turning into the straight, heated duel, outkicked in the late going, clear for the place. SPECIAL MEMORY raced forwardly while just off the inside early, continued to maintain contact with the leader into the second bend, saved ground through the final turn, roused for the drive, lacked a closing punch. DON'TASK DON'TTELL off a step slow, raced back for five furlongs, began to advance in some traffic second turn, came four wide for the drive while being put to pressure, displayed a mild amount of late interest out in the course. FLASH N CLASS in mid pack while just off the inside, continued in the two path second turn, lacked a closing response after being put to the task entering the stretch. FORT CAMPBELL bothered by the winner slightly as that one angled over just after the start, remained always back while racing three wide. GLOBAL HEAT WAVE off a step slow, lacked speed, four wide through the second turn, failed to muster a rally. EMANCIPATION in the main body while racing off the inside, four wide when under encouragement in the second turn, gave way in the drive.
