VELOCITY STORM lagged well off the early pace while removed from the rail, commenced a run leaving the three eighths, angled five wide with momentum into the lane, leveled off under stout right handed asking, rolled past inner foes with about fifty yards remaining then drew clear. CAJUNSMORES angled out near the half and stalked the clear leader, moved up to have aim past the five sixteenths, saw the leader spurt back away leaving the three sixteenths, dug down to find more and gained the place through the final yards. AY AY RON sped clear early, set the pace towards the inside, turned away an intial threat entering the stretch, spurted away under a drive leaving the three sixteenths, failed to deny the winner leaving the sixteenth pole and weakened late. HAY LOVER BOY , fidgety in the gate, was off slow, regrouped and settled off the inside, gained four wide past the five sixteenths then flattened out through the drive. MIDNIGHT SUPERCELL chased off the rail and to the inside of a rival leaving the far turn, shifted in to be close to the inner rail entering the stretch and faded. TRIPLE saved ground pursuing the pace, was under pressure mid turn, lacked a punch and faltered through the lane.
