ROYAL HOPE was up close early, raced along the inside, took control through the stretch and was best. BLESSEDUPONASTAR was outrun early, raced six wide through the turn, was gaining late and was second best. DEACON JONES pressed the early pace, raced five wide through the turn and weakened late. LIGHTNING TWIRL raced in mid pack early from the inside and flattened out. DEELITESANDIMSUM broke in at the start, saved ground through the turn, saved ground and offered a mild late rally. SILENT RULER set a pressured early pace, raced four wide into the turn and gave way. WICKED TIMES was reserved early, raced between rivals and offered no late rally. POCKETFUL OF MONEY was taken back early, went five wide and never fired.
