BABY KRISTEN with the early pace while off the inside, vied between horses into the turn after a blistering opening quarter, disposed of the other speed turning for home, drew steadily clear under a moderate hand ride to win ridden out. CUSTOM PUNCH in tight early, off pace three wide backstretch, began to advance midway on the bend while angling a bit, split foes in upper stretch, chased the winner past the furlong marker, proved no match for that one to the wire while narrowly prevailing for second while between horses at the wire. QUICK SAND came in early to tighten up a couple of inner rivals, vied up front in the run up the backstretch outside, continued to battle three wide through the bend, fell back a bit into the straight then ran on in game fashion to miss the place. RUMPUS off a step slow, raced back while racing toward the inside, two path into the lane, roused, finished willingly to also narrowly miss the second spot while closest to the inside of the second flight. TENSAS LUCY with the pace while along the inside the opening quarter, first to blink midway on the turn. BEAUTIFUL TEMPLE in tight and then steadied early to fall well back, trailed throughout and was never a factor.
