HONOR HIS HALF bumped soundly at the break and briefly knocked off stride, quickly recovered and pressed the leader in the run up the backstretch, took over and got clear midway on the turn, came in the two path through the drive, continued to lead by daylight past the furlong marker, kept to task to the wire. WICKEDLY ROYAL asked a bit to maintain inside position, behind the pace into the turn while saving some ground, steered out three wide late in the bend, angled back in through upper stretch, finished willingly to be up for the second spot, not a serious threat to the winner. OCEAN JET broke in resulting in a pair of inner rival exchanging sound bumps, raced forwardly and four wide into and through the turn, could not match the winner in the run the to the wire, drifted out with a furlong remaining, caught late for the place. JAYDYN CAT bumped soundly with the winner at the start, fell back to trail, three wide midway on the turn, lacked a closing kick. CUSTOM SUNSHINE away well, set a pressured pace up the backstretch along the inside, gave way when headed in the turn, continued to back up stretch, jogged in well back.
