BIG TAP BABY raced off the pace from three wide, held that position to the top of the stretch then engaged the leader and took the lead near the eighth pole, drew clear and was kept to task late. ISLAND CABANA raced in the middle of the pack down the backstretch while saving ground then made a four wide bid on the final turn and gave a late surged but was not enough. PURRRFECT RHYTHM pressed the pace from two wide down the backstretch then matched strides inside of CRIGLER before edging away near the top of the stretch to take a brief lead and gave way grudgingly. REGATTA BAY raced in the middle of the pack down the backstretch then move up from five wide around the final turn to make a late rally. CRIGLER stalked the pace from three wide down the backstretch then moved up and matched strides outside of PURRRFECT RHYTHM to the top of the stretch and weakened. MIDNIGHT HALO was forwardly placed from two wide, tipped in around the final turn to make a mild bid but was outfinished. IRON MOON raced near the back down the backstretch then advanced from four wide around the final turn, made a mild late bid to improve position. CONTRABAND EARLY was allowed to settle near the back and was not a factor. PICASSO BABY raced off the pace on the inside to the final turn before giving way. LITTLE WARRIOR trailed the field to midway down the stretch and passed tired one. GRAND ENCORE roused to take the lead going into the first turn and was pressured to the final turn then steadily retreated.
