ISLAND CRUISER raced in the middle of the pack, raced three wide around the turn then tipped out to four wide in upper stretch to run down the leaders and was up in the final jumps. FIESTY FIST stalked the pace from three wide down the backstretch, matched strides inside of OUR FAVORITE SON before shaking loose near the quarter pole but was outkicked late by late closer and fought gamely for the place. DOCTORED DEAL was away alertly to take a clear lead to deep stretch before being caught and gave way grudgingly. CALL MY BANKER was forwardly place down the backstretch then moved between horses near the three furlong marker and gave a late try to be best of the rest. POP'S PEPPYSTEPER was always back and not a factor. CLASSIC RICK prompted the pace from the inside to the turn and weakened. OUR FAVORITE SON raced wide down the backstretch then advance on the turn while matching strides outside of FIESTY FIST to quarter pole but failed to sustain the bid. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time available.
