MISTER ROSCOE raced along the inner rail on the turn in a forward position, eased out to the two path at the head of the stretch, closed outside HEAT CHECK, was bumped by that one near the sixteenth pole and prevailed in an extended drive. HEAT CHECK sprinted clear and was taken to the inner rail on the backstretch, remained along the rail, was hooked in mid stretch, drifted out bumping the winner near the sixteenth pole and finished gamely. FOWL MOUTH bore out leaving the starting gate, chased the pace three wide on the turn and weakened. MOSE SMOKIN bore in on MO MISSILE leaving the starting gate, raced three deep on the turn, floated to the four path in upper stretch and weakened. MO MISSILE , pinched back leaving the starting gate, circled horses on the turn, floated to the five path in upper stretch and finished willingly. FEELS SO RIGHT , checked in tight quarters along the rail entering the turn, was not a factor. COLOMA raced inside horses and was no factor. EXPRESSO BAY stumbled at the start and was outrun. SWIFT ATTRACTION , checked in tight quarters along the rail near the half mile pole, trailed. An objection by the rider of HEAT CHECK against the winner for alleged interference approaching the finish was not allowed. An objection by the rider of MO MISSILE against the winner for alleged interference leaving the starting gate was not allowed.
