PASSAGE EAST angled out early and was nudged up to track a three ply early pace scrum, tapered in a path and stalked the dueling leaders mid turn, went on the attack three deep approaching the stretch, wrested a short lead soon into the lane, kept on under strong handling while dealing with a stubborn DWELLING LEGACY past the sixteenth pole then edged away a bit at the wire. DWELLING LEGACY , firmly rated just off the leaders past the five eighths, went up and bid between foes soon after, secured the inside emerging in a duel with HOLD YOUR BREATH past the three eighths, moved to a slim advantage after a half, dug in after being headed in upper stretch, fought on past the sixteenth pole then gave way grudgingly. BOLT ENOREE , urged in the clear chasing the embattled leaders, shifted out five wide for the drive, ranged up to loom boldly a furlong out, kept on with effort but failed to make headway in the final sixteenth. DISCO EBO had speed to contest the pace inside rivals, was outsprinted leaving the far turn, angled out and came back on a bit soon into the lane, chased behind foes near the eighth pole then faded. VIEUX CARRE , unruly behind the gate, was loaded without the rider, came away slowly, lagged far back into and around the turn, came four wide for the drive, shifted out wider for the final furlong and offered a belated response. HOLD YOUR BREATH sped to an early lead the took pressure from a pair of inner rivals, exited the far turn in a battle with DWELLING LEGACY, failed to go on from between runners in upper stretch and retreated.
