UNCLE CAT sped to the early lead, remained along the rail, took pressure around the turn, opened a clear lead in upper stretch and prevailed under rousing. FREEZE THE FIRE broke slowly, hugged the inner rail around the turn while under encouragement, swung to the four path in upper stretch and rallied. EL DIVINO NINO , three deep around the turn, prompted the winner and weakened in the drive. KERNESS K , four wide around the turn, advanced to take aim on the lead in upper stretch and flattened out. MISTER LINCOLN stumbled leaving the starting gate, raced in the two path inside horses around the turn and failed to rally. CAPTAIN QUINT bobbled at the break, bumped with SHERIFF RONNIE soon after then was outrun. FROSTY THE GIANT prompted the leader from between horses and gave way in upper stretch. SHERIFF RONNIE bumped with CAPTAIN QUINT leaving the starting gate, raced in the three path between horses on the turn and weakened. TOTAL SENSATION , five wide leaving the turn, was fanned seven wide in upper stretch and came up empty.
