Footnotes
WILLISTON WARRIOR , a forward factor in the two path between horses on the turn, moved to the three path in upper stretch closed outside the leader and was up at the wire. RED SPITFIRE rushed up outside horses to take the lead mid way down the backstretch, was taken to the inner rail entering the turn, remained near the rail setting the pace and gave way grudgingly. IN HONOR OF JEFF lacked speed in the two path on the turn, eased out to the four path in upper stretch and rallied mildly. GONZALO stayed along the rail on the turn while well off the pace, moved to the two path in upper stretch, raced between horses and passed tired ones. MOSE SMOKIN hugged the inner rail on the turn while stalking the pace, remained along the rail in the lane and weakened. JOHNNY LIES hopped slightly at the break, circled the turn three wide, floated to the four path in upper stretch and was not a factor. RAVI , wide on the turn, went lame in upper stretch, pulled up and was transported off the track by the equine ambulance.
