INDY CHARGES ON , eager to contention into the first turn, rated kindly three wide while tracking a clear leader, went on the attack and bid three deep leaving the three eighths, shook clear under a hustling ride into the lane, kept on under strong handling past mid stretch then was dug in late to prevail over a resurgent inner rival. MACLEAN'S ROOK , off the pace while three deep into the backstretch, pulled his way forward and dropped inside near the half, bid inside a pair of foes to be on near even terms five sixteenths out, could not quite match strides soon after and chased the winner from the head of the lane, continued gamely and cut back into the margin. CERTIFIED LOVERBOY sped clear early, set the pace removed from the inner rail, was joined from both sides nearing the five sixteenths, vied briefly then chased into the lane, shifted out pursuing past mid stretch and gave way grudgingly. OMAHA OMAHA bumped with an outer foe heading to the first turn, dropped off the pace and raced between runners, worked outward in the final furlong, switched over to his correct lead in deep stretch and finished with interest. LOVE ME NOT , four wide to be in range early, chased four wide into the far turn, lacked a response past the three eighths and faded. EASTER BET saved ground and faded around the final turn. CROSSLAND bobbled slightly at the break, bumped with OMAHA OMAHA nearing the first turn, failed to get involved and weakened in the drive.
