Footnotes
RASCALLION prompted the early pace outside AUNT MARGARET, took the lead entering the stretch, stayed off the rail, opened up in mid stretch, prevailed under brisk urging and switched her leads twice in the late going. AUTUMN IN VERMONT , unhurried down the backstretch, raced in the two path around the turn and rallied inside horses. STORM CREED was pinched back after bobbling at the break, circled horses four deep on the turn, floated to the five path in upper stretch and passed tired rivals. CUNDI trailed to the stretch, raced inside horses in the lane and passed tired ones. THIRD TUESDAY chased the pace, left the turn in the three path and weakened. TIA MAYIN bobbled then pinched back leaving the starting gate, raced in the three path on the turn and gave way. AUNT MARGARET bore out leaving the starting gate, was taken to the inner rail near the six furlongs pole, remained along the rail, stayed prominent until approaching the stretch then faltered.
