SHINING SPIRIT , two wide prompting the pace outside MY SASSY VALENTINE, secured command leaving the turn, drifted to the four path entering the lane and drew off under urging. MIDSUMMERS EVE advanced four deep leaving the turn and flattened out. JUST THE THING chased the pace from the three path around the turn, was taken to the inner rail at the head of the stretch and flattened out. BOND'S BELLE , rated behind horses leaving the backstretch, hugged the inner rail on the turn, swung to the five path entering the stretch, drifted in near the sixteenth pole and failed to rally. MY SASSY VALENTINE set a pressured pace along the inner rail, moved to the two path leaving the turn and gave way. TITIAN TYRANT , angled in early, stayed along the inner rail on the turn while outrun. DORIS' SLAYING IT chased the pace between horses, faltered leaving the turn and was eased.
