TOP BLOOD settled in range while in the clear and about four wide, dropped in a path when edging up and threatening from the outside, was floated out a bit by LIFTING while dueling into the stretch, sparred under strong hand encouragement past the furlong grounds, was given a couple of light right handed asks then drew clear. AMY'S MUSIC broke outward, corrected and settled off the rail, dropped in towards the inner rail and took closer order mid turn, came back out to pursue in the three path past mid stretch, kept on trying and just got 2nd to the inside of LIFTING. LIFTING cleared early while a bit keen, set a rated pace in the two path, was joined by TOP BLOOD leaving the three eighths, was guided out a couple paths dueling into the lane, straightened away, stayed on after ceding command a furlong out, battled past the sixteenth pole, gave way grudgingly and just missed second. ROLL ON JESSE drafted well off the early pace, saved ground nearing the stretch but failed to muster up a rally. BJORN stumbled at the break, regrouped then rushed up leaving the chute and bid inside the leader, rated back after that one cleared, angled out and edged up three wide into the turn, forced the issue past the three eighths, failed to find more entering the lane and weakened. MR. MENDELSLEW saved ground off the pace and faded.
