Footnotes
CUT THE CORD sped to the early lead and was taken to the inner rail on the first turn, remained along the rail taking pressure, drifted out in mid stretch and dug in tenaciously. FAN CLUB bore in leaving the starting gate, was outrun to the far turn, swung five wide entering the stretch and rallied outside horses. STATES UNITED tossed his head and broke slowly, was rated to the far turn, was along the rail entering the turn, eased out to the path leaving the bend and rallied between horses. BIGTONTEN prompted the pace between horses, flattened out and was carried out a bit by the winner in mid stretch. BOLD ENDEAVOR hugged the inner rail stalking the pace, eased out mid way on the far turn and gave way. MASTER OF NONE , four wide the first turn chased outside horses, circled the far turn three wide and weakened. PRINCE KHOZAN raced in the three path between horses the first turn, was done on the far turn. An objection by the rider of BIGTONTEN against the winner for alleged interference in the stretch was not allowed.
