GOLDEN EIB MICRPHN was encouraged forward inside but off the fence, dueled then took a narrow lead, kicked clear turning for home, was kept to the task and held sway. ATLAS STRONG was bumped at the start, stalked from outside a foe in the second flight, took closer order late on the turn in behind the leaders still removed from the rail, kept on but was no match for the winner. MINT DRIVEN settled at the rear, came off the rail to pass a tiring rival racing off the fence on the turn, was along for show. SKIP THRU DA FIRE dueled outside the eventual winner, continued to press that one into the turn, drifted and was asked by the quarter pole, weakened thereafter. GINGER GIRL bumped a rival at the start, shifted in chasing from inside, retreated past the half.
