Footnotes
DIAMOND N DRESS pulled her way forward three wide and between rivals and drew alongside the leader into the far turn, vied briefly then cruised clear mid turn, responded when shaken up near the three sixteenths and maintained a comfortable advantage while kept to task. HONOR OUR COUNTRY rated forwardly while in the clear and with aim of the leading quartet, was put to pressure exiting the far turn, angled four to five wide for the drive and closed steadily. BACK WALL BANDIT vied two wide between foes, eased back a bit into the turn and dropped closer to the rail, came back out near the three eighths, moved up to pursue to the inside of a rival, chased on between runners near the sixteenth pole and flattened out. NO MO MUFFINS broke a step slow, regrouped and moved up to the inside of rivals to take a slim lead, briefly sparred with the winner leaving the far turn, stayed around to chase after that one cleared, continued willingly to mid stretch then faded. ONLY MARIA settled off the pace and tapered in towards the rail into the far turn, swung out seven to eight wide for the drive but lacked a rally. YES PICNIC gained a narrow lead early on then was joined by inner foes, vied four deep leaving the five eighths, failed to keep pace mid turn and weakened.
