MASTER SCHEMER , patiently handled three wide on the turn, remained in the three path in upper stretch, split rivals near the thee sixteenths pole and drew out under steady handling. PAID VACATION , three deep on the turn chasing the pace, floated to the five path in upper stretch and faded in the drive. RIVER CITY RUNNER bumped with MODRANACH soon after the start, hugged the inner rail mid way on the turn while well off the lead, swung outside near the sixteenth pole and passed tired foes. MODRANACH , steadied and bumped with RIVER CITY RUNNER when caught in tight quarters leaving the starting gate, took the turn in the two path, moved to the inner rail at the head of the stretch and failed to rally. BIGSHOT NESS bore in leaving the starting gate, prompted the pace between horses around the turn, floated to the four path in upper stretch and gave way. ITS ALL GRAVY , sent to the early lead, saved ground on the turn, drifted out entering the stretch, gave way and was eased late.
