EDELWEISS took over early, set a rated pace towards the inside, shook clear mid turn, was guided out a path for the stretch run, opened up on his own courage in mid stretch, continued to widen under confident handling then was scrubbed on through the final thirty yards. SOO HANDSOME broke inward brushing with RAILROAD INN, stalked in the clear, was under a ride mid turn, advanced to the inside of KITTY'S SON approaching the stretch and kept on willingly to be well clear of the rest. RAILROAD INN , brushed at the break, edged up inside, steadied when shuffled near the three quarter pole, dropped off the pace, saved ground into the lane but lacked a response. KITTY'S SON prompted the pace outside the winner, could not match strides leaving the three eighths, was under a ride three wide into the stretch and weakened.
