ON A PROUD NOTE showed speed down the backstretch, saved ground on the turn setting a pressured pace, drifted out in upper stretch, drew off under steady handling and drifted out near the sixteenth pole. ANITA BEER showed early speed near the inner rail, rated back leaving the backstretch, stalked the pace from the three path on the turn and finished willingly. I CAN DO IT , lightly steadied in close quarters leaving the starting gate raced in the two path on the turn while well off the pace, raced between horses in the stretch and had a slight rally. CONQUEST DANCER saved ground on the turn, stayed near the rail in the stretch and faded in the drive. ROYAL SEAMSTRESS , outside the winner around the turn, prompted that one to upper stretch and tired. DINE AND DASH circled the turn three wide, was four deep entering the stretch and weakened. A P M NOTION remained along the inner rail and faltered on the turn. ATLAS STRONG , fractious behind the starting gate, dropped back and was eased lae.
