Footnotes
QUINCANNON hugged the inner rail disputing the pace around the turn, opened up in mid stretch and prevailed under steady handling. MAGIC SPIN disputed the pace between horses into the turn, dropped back mid way on the bend, swung out entering the stretch and rallied. CATAHOULA MOON , four deep on the turn, chased the winner to the stretch then gave way. MISTER AGENT , three deep down the backstretch and on the turn, disputed the pace then gave way in upper stretch. SAILOR'S RETURN drifted very wide leaving the turn and gave way. HAPPY JAUNT was not a factor. SILVERBULLETTWENTY lacked speed, took a bad step inside the six furlongs pole and was not a factor. LIKEBELIVINGNMAGIC showed speed along the rail, dropped back entering the turn, pulled up and was transported off the track on the equine ambulance.
