Footnotes
WILD VINE rated in the clear tracking a three way pace battle, edged up while saving ground near the half, angled out four wide past the three eighths, pounced from the outside approaching the quarter pole, opened up under right handed asking leaving the three sixteenths pole and continued to widen while solidly hand ridden the final sixteenth. WARP NINE settled off the inside and within range of the contested pace, followed WILD VINE with a five wide move past the five sixteenths, couldn't keep pace with that one entering the lane but continued on with good effort to earn the place. XCELLENT START , taken well off the early pace, gathered some momentum leaving the three eighths, angled five wide for the drive, stayed on the left lead and churned on. PAY BILLY broke outward and was away a bit slow, straightened and was hustled up four wide to contention, attended the pace three deep, moved to a short lead near the five sixteenths, shifted in while unable to contain the winner into the lane, stayed willingly to about the sixteenth pole then faded. RAISE CAIN drafted well off the early pace, moved up a bit leaving the far turn, came three wide for the drive but failed to generate a solid run. LATE NITE CALL sped to the front, set a pressured pace towards the inner rail, sparred with an outer pair leaving the far turn then faltered into the stretch. OVER AND OLLIE forced the pace between foes, gained a slim lead three furlongs from home, was headed soon after and faltered through the final quarter mile.
