SALTY ONE stayed near the inner rail stalking the pace around the turn, altered off the rail near the sixteenth pole, closed outside LET HER PASS BY and was up near the finish. LET HER PASS BY sped to the front, opened up on the turn, raced near the inner rail and gave way grudgingly. FORTY SEVEN SMOKER , four deep around the turn, rallied outside horses. EMMA MERMAID , checked in tight quarters along the inner rail entering the turn, remained inside horses to upper stretch, swung to the six path for racing room in mid stretch and rallied nicely. HOLY FIT , bumped by WHISKEY BREW when that one was forced in leaving the starting gate, raced in the two path inside horses through the stretch and finished evenly. CONTRA , three wide around the turn, loomed in mid stretch then gave way. WHISKEY BREW , bumped and forced in by RED DRAPES leaving the starting gate, was no factor and passed tired foes. ZIRCONIA , a forward factor along the inner rail down the backstretch and into the turn, gave way turning for home. HEY ALEXA , steadied when pinched back leaving the starting gate, was outrun. RED DRAPES bumped WHISKEY BREW when bearing in at the break and was caught in traffic entering the turn. TAI TAI RUSH chased the pace to the stretch then gave way. MY EMI SHIRAZ was no factor.
