BABBLE stalked the duel down the backstretch, advanced three deep to take command mid way on the far turn, and was kept under vigorous rousing through the stretch. RIVER CITY RUNNER , well off the duel down the backstretch, circled the far turn three wide, flattened out and switched leads twice the final furlong. PERKINS GEM , hard sent soon after the start, dueled outside CRUISETHEFOREST, was put to a drive near the three eighths pole and tired. CRUISETHEFOREST ran off with his rider about a furlong during the post parade, made the early lead, hugged the rail disputing the pace and weakened.
