DALINAR sprinted clear and was taken to the inner rail on the first turn, remained near the rail controlling the pace, opened up in upper stretch and held sway under brisk urging. DOMINGUEZ bumped KITTY'S SON when bearing in at the start, stayed outside the winner and gamely chased him around the course. MAGICAL MONDAYS , stoutly in hand when difficult to rate along the inner rail around the first turn, was taken outside horses entering the backstretch, came into the stretch four deep and passed tired rivals. ITALIANO KID , three wide both turns, chased the winner throughout and failed to rally. PLAY IT COOL , bumped by KITTY'S SON leaving the starting gate, was no factor and swung outside in upper stretch. BRIGHTY hugged the inner rail, stalked the pace to the far turn and gave way entering the stretch. KITTY'S SON bumped PLAY IT COOL when bumped and pinched back by DOMINGUEZ leaving the starting gate and trailed.
