ISLAND D'LITE saved ground around the turn stalking the pace, hugged the rail and found room inside NIGHT PREACHER to challenge for the lead in mid stretch, went clear under a drive and was eased up late when his rider appeared to mis judge the finish. CLAUDEE BOY lacked speed, stayed outside horses on the turn, was fanned six deep turning for home and rallied outside rivals. SUMMER BEE prompted the pace outside NIGHT PREACHER and finished gamely between horses. CARNABY lunged at the break, raced in the two path, waited for room in mid stretch and rallied between foes. BIGDADDYSBOY saved ground on the turn, stayed along the inner rail the stretch and showed a late gain. NIGHT PREACHER sped to the front, stayed along the inner rail on the turn, drifted out turning for home and weakened in the drive. FIND FAITH , between horses in the stretch, angled out late and was not a factor. SPOTTED BULL , wide on the turn, was checked behind a wall of horses near the sixteenth pole. LADDIE DANCE chased outside horses, floated to the four path entering the stretch and gave way. NOLA BOSS raced forwardly in the two path on the turn, swung to the five path in upper stretch and gave way.
