BOLD FACT lacked speed, raced in the two path around the turn, moved up between horses in mid stretch, closed inside rivals late and drove clear. J C'S BOYS , well placed three deep around the turn, gained the lead in upper stretch, went clear near the eighth pole and was out finished. REGENCY TALE , in tight quarters after being soundly bumped by DR. BUZZY leaving the starting gate, swung four wide approaching the stretch, took aim on the lead in mid stretch and flattened out. TAX AND TAGS accelerated to the early lead and was steered to the inner rail, hugged the rail disputing the pace and faded in the drive. GOOD MAN DAN bore in leaving the starting gate, rated back near the five eighths pole, stayed three wide on the turn, raced between horses in the stretch and was steadied in traffic near the eighth pole. ISAIAH FIFTYTHREE saved ground around the turn, chased the pace and weakened. DR. BUZZY stumbled when bumping REGENCY TALE leaving the starting gate, raced along the inner rail on the turn and swerved out near the eighth pole. HIT ZERO dueled outside TAX AND TAGS, gave way in the drive and was eased late. Following the race HIT ZERO collapsed on the walked back to the barn and was transported off of the track via the equine ambulance.
