BOLD DIVERSION , taken to the inner rail soon after the break, remained along the rail to mid stretch, was caught behind several horses, altered course to the six path near the sixteenth pole, closed resolutely and was up at the wire. SHAFT'S BULLET , four wide around the turn, drifted to the five path entering the stretch, gained a short lead outside S S SINATRA in mid stretch, dueled with that one and just missed in a sharp effort. S S SINATRA hugged the inner rail around the turn, swung to the four path in upper stretch, bid for the lead near the eighth pole, dueled and finished gamely. HOWGREATISNATE lacked speed despite early urging, raced well off the rail in the stretch and passed tried rivals. INTREPID'S LEGACY chased outside CYBERTIME around the turn, challenged for the lead at the head of the stretch, battled to mid stretch then weakened. CYBERTIME sped to the front, stayed near the inner rail around the turn and gave way in the drive. PRINCE OF JERICHO , three wide on the turn, pursued the pace and gave way.
