SERENE SPIRIT , rated down the backstretch, advanced outside BLAMES HONEY on the turn, took the lead and went clear in upper stretch and lasted. GRIPEN , three wide on the turn in a striking position, closed late outside to just miss. CHANTICO bumped with BLAMES HONEY soon after the break, hugged the inner rail on the turn, swung to the five path in mid stretch and lacked the needed rally. GRANUAILE , lapped outside YO ADRIAN on the turn, was fanned to the four path by that one entering the stretch and failed to be a factor. YO ADRIAN remained along the inner rail on the turn, angled to the three path turning for home and was not a factor. POLICE WOMAN , outrun, stayed along the inner rail throughout. BLAMES HONEY bumped with CHANTICO leaving the starting gate, sped to the front and was taken to the inner rail leaving the backstretch, remained prominent to upper stretch then gave way.
