BOAT'S A ROCKIN rated in range outside rivals, shifted out some past mid turn, was fanned about six wide in upper stretch, leveled off under left handed asking and on his left lead past mid stretch, sustained under pressure and got up in the final yards. CLAUDEE BOY broke a bit outward and bumped with ISLAND D'LITE, saved ground, edged up past the quarter pole, angled out, worked between runners in deep stretch and finished gamely to the inside of the winner. TAKE ME TO CHURCH (IRE) sped clear early, set the pace off the inside, drifted out a bit in upper stretch, corrected with right handed asking, clung to the advantage leaving mid stretch, had his rider misjudge the wire for a few strides leaving the sixteenth pole then gave way grudgingly. BOSS IS A PAL , between rivals early, eased back a bit into the turn, stayed on to stalk, came back on with a run between runners leaving the three sixteenths, drifted in a under right handed asking near mid stretch, bid inside the leader a sixteenth out, fought on to deep stretch then gave way stubbornly. ISLAND D'LITE edged up inside early and tracked, steadied when in close behind BOSS IS A PAL near mid stretch, altered out and finished with interest. FIND FAITH edged up three deep and stalked into the turn, was under asking four wide pursuing into the lane, hung around to the sixteenth pole then faded. MY LIFE STORY , bumped at the break then was a touch rank, regrouped and settled off the pace, raced three wide past the three eighths, angled out for the drive and churned on. UPSIDEDOWN MAN broke a step slow, raced off the pace, came three to four wide into the lane but failed to drum up a rally. An objection by the rider of ISLAND D'LITE against BOSS IS A PAL alleging interference in the stretch was not allowed.
