FINAL ENGAGEMENT , away alertly, stalked the leader while two to three wide, closed in under a drive, took command near the sixteenth marker then edged away while fully extended. WEATHER BEATER accelerated to a clear early advantage, set a sharp pace towards the inner rail, clung to the lead past mid stretch, faded late but remained well clear of the rest. FEEL THE BOLT lagged far back, saved ground into the stretch and offered a mild response. WHISKEY BREW , in close at the break, raced well off the pace while saving ground, angled four wide for the drive but lacked a serious kick. THE RIZZLER'S GIRL , bumped at the break, saved ground chasing the leaders, eased out a path into the stretch and weakened. GALIBEAN , three wide with early pursuit, faltered mid turn.
