HAD TO HAVE HIM , bumped with WHERE'S RAY at the start, circled the turn five wide, closed nicely to take the lead near the eighth pole, lugged in a bit and drove clear. MISCHIEVOUS ANGEL , a forward factor near the inner rail, eased out for the drive, bid for the lead in mid stretch and was out finished. FIERCE AND STRONG , steadied when jostled about a sixteenth of a mile after the break, was taken up in tight quarters entering the turn, hugged the inner rail in upper stretch, altered course to the five path in mid stretch and closed strongly. BOLTAGE , four deep on the turn, chased the pace and flattened out. LIVE HIGH LIVE LOW between horses, bumped with SMOOTH B entering the turn, hugged the inner rail in the stretch and was checked lacking room in mid stretch. GREAT IDEA , taken up in tight quarters behind FIERCE AND STRONG entering the turn, remained along the inner to mid stretch, altered course to the far outside near the sixteenth pole and finished with run. WHERE'S RAY bumped with the winner at the start, pressed the pace two wide on the turn and gave way. FORE HARP set a pressured pace along the rail and faltered the final furlong. SMOOTH B between horses, bumped with LIVE HIGH LIVE LOW entering the turn and gave way leaving the turn. HUNTER JOE , lightly steadied entering the turn, drifted wide, gave way and was eased. An objection by the rider of GREAT IDEA against FIERCE AND STRONG for alleged interference entering the turn was not allowed.
