KALEA BAY pulled three wide early to join the pace fray, tapered in a path and drew alongside J C'S BOYS nearing the half, sparred under a hustling ride past the five sixteenths, shifted in bumping with that rival while holding a slim lead past the three sixteenths, corrected to battled head to head through the final furlong then edged away slightly late while kept to task. J C'S BOYS sped to the front and briefly held a clear lead leaving the five eighths, moved closer to the rail and dug in when confronted heading to the turn, clung to a short lead while coaxed along to the inside of the winner near the five sixteenths, stayed on after taking a bump in upper stretch, fought valiantly to the inside of the winner through the final furlong and jumped a shadow right at the wire. MO'S GLITTER , taken to rate off the leaders, stalked three deep into and around the far turn, was under a ride pursuing past the five sixteenths, failed to kick on leaving mid stretch and faded. SOHANDSOMETOME bobbled at the break, was caught between rivals while stalking into the turn, failed to quicken mid turn, shifted out four wide for the drive and finished evenly. VINTUR prompted the early pace while saving ground, failed to go on under a ride past the five sixteenths and weakened. UPSHOT , off the pace and under a ride leaving the far turn, came three to four wide for the drive and failed to generate a rally.
