HARK THEANGELSSING drafted back well off the early pace, dropped in to save ground, remained under patient handling past the three eighths, came out a bit into the lane, edged up behind foes leaving the quarter pole, swung out well wide for a clear run leaving mid stretch, unleashed an explosive run outside rivals, forged to command inside the sixteenth pole and eagerly drew clear. DALE'S BLUFF , taken to rate while saving ground, moved up along the inside in upper stretch, eased out, bid between runners near the sixteenth pole and kept on gamely. DANCINGWITHDESTINY had speed outside a rival then edged clear into the turn, turned away an outer bid from ALDENE leaving the three eighths, spurted well clear under a drive in upper stretch, wandered about clinging to the advantage near mid stretch, could not deny outside bids leaving the sixteenth pole and faded. ALDENE hopped at the break then was bumped, regrouped then angled out three wide when advancing towards the turn, bid outside the leader mid turn, failed to quicken with that one into the stretch, shifted in and faded. IVY GARDEN broke a bit slow, was taken to rate outside a rival leaving the far turn, angled four wide to make a bit of a run into the stretch then went evenly in the final furlong. QUICK SAND broke a bit outward and bumped with ALDENE, corrected and vied inside, was steadied back off the leader into the turn, recovered to chase then faded in the drive. MIDNIGHT QUEEN rated in range, raced off the rail in upper stretch, steadied when in tight near the three sixteenths then came up empty.
