WHISKEYINTHEJARO settled off the pace and towards the inside for about the opening half, eased out nearing the far turn, ramped things up four wide under a ride past the five sixteenths, shifted out to about the six path in upper stretch, closed relentlessly under right handed asking and just got up outside KING'S RIVER. KING'S RIVER , brushed at the break, drafted back off the pace and raced three deep nearing the half, advanced three wide nearing the stretch, angled out a couple paths for the final three sixteenths, closed gamely between runners and just missed. CORONOVA , firmly rated off heels into the first turn, relaxed inside to stalk through the backstretch run, eased out and worked between foes into the lane, ranged up three wide, took over inside the sixteenth pole, kept on willingly but just could not quite fend off the outer top pair. THE LAST SCIP saved ground while not far back, was put to a hustling ride leaving the three eighths, eased out with progress heading towards the stretch, moved up between runners, shifted in to threaten inside runners near the sixteenth pole then flattened out. TOM HAGEN prompted outside in hand, took over leaving the three eighths, went clear under asking approaching the stretch, held the advantage past mid stretch then faded very late. FIGHTNOMOREFOREVER saved ground, eased back off foes around the far turn, came out through the drive and churned on between foes. ELFUEGOMASBRILANTE , away awkwardly, regrouped and settled in last, saved ground leaving the far turn, angled out for the drive and offered a belated kick. B DETERMINED , brushed at the start, settled off the pace, raced between runners near the half, dropped inside to make a mild run into the lane, angled back out then failed to kick on through the final furlong. CONSULTANT stalked outside a rival, angled four wide pursuing in upper stretch then weakened nearing the sixteenth pole. DOMINGUEZ cleared early and dropped in to set the pace, took pressure through the backstretch run, ceded the lead past the three eighths, stayed on with effort to about mid stretch then weakened. AUGUSTINE RED stalked three wide, failed to kick on leaving the three eighths then faltered between foes.
