MAYDAY MALONE (GB) , a close up factor outside CLOUD MUSIC down the backstretch and around the far turn, gained a short lead near the eighth pole and dug in stubbornly. CLOUD MUSIC went clear entering the first turn, set the pace near the rail and gave way grudgingly. PATRICK'S PROMISE , unhurried between horses down the backstretch, worked to the four path entering the stretch, drew alongside the top two near the eighth pole then hung. SKY'S NOT FALLING raced inside horses on the far turn, waited for room approaching the stretch, swung outside near the sixteenth pole and had a mild gain. RIGHT TO WIN (IRE) , rank behind horses approaching the first turn, circled rivals the far turn, floated wide in upper stretch and passed tired foes. HYTECK PRINCE stayed outside horses on the backstretch, raced in the three path the far turn and lacked a rally in an even effort. SAM STORMY , three wide the first turn, floated wide in upper stretch and weakened. STOP WATCH stayed along the inner rail and was done leaving the backstretch. KORU , caught in close quarters leaving the starting gate, was not a factor.
