WINNING TRIP broke outwardly then soon corrected, tapered in a bit and edged up to prompt the pace three wide outside the leader, took closer order under nice handling past the five sixteenths, poked a head in front approaching the lane, spurted clear when called upon in upper stretch, kept on tenaciously while on her left lead and under left handed asking and had just enough left to deny PREACHA MEYERS. PREACHA MEYERS rated forwardly outside rivals, edged up four wide under a ride past the five sixteenths, gave hard chase through the final furlong, drew alongside nearing the wire but just missed. BRIGHTY stumbled badly at the break, regrouped and settled towards the inside, was under a ride mid turn, angled five wide for the drive and churned on. DETERRENT tracked in hand and to the inside of a pair of rivals, failed to kick on under a ride past the five sixteenths and weakened. LIAM'S THE GREAT , between foes early, dropped back mid turn, angled out and came up empty. BERNIE THE STAR sped clear early, set the pace two wide, was joined mid turn, vied to upper stretch then weakened. UNCLE GREY , off the rail, was outrun.
