STRAIGHT TO WATER stayed along the inner rail stalking the duel, eased out to the three path entering the stretch, gained the lead outside the duelers in mid stretch and drew clear under steady handling. CHANCE , bumped and pinched back leaving the starting gate, was four wide approaching the stretch, floated to the six path in upper stretch and flattened out. SCHRADER disputed the pace outside SHADOW SURGE through fast fractions, weakened and drifted out late. SHADOW SURGE hugged the inner rail, dueled to upper stretch and tired. SPEEDY ALEX , three wide off the duel around the turn, gave way in the stretch. TINY LAKE came out leaving the starting gate, raced i nthe two path between horses on the turn and dropped back through the stretch.
