AWESOME ANDY , bumped by MATTHEW'S TICKET leaving th4 starting gate, saved ground around the turn, raced in the two path through the stretch, closed inside BALLINACLASH, took the lead near the sixteenth pole and drew clear. BALLINACLASH , eased off the rail near the four and a half furlongs pole, gained the lead outside ADAMONTHEGRILL entering the stretch, drifted out in upper stretch and finished gamely. MATTHEW'S TICKET bore in bumping the winner at the start, swung four wide leaving the turn, chased the leader and weakened. PAINTMYMASTERPEACE lacked speed, stayed near the inner rail on the turn, swung to the five path in upper stretch and came up empty. PONT AVEN , three deep chasing the pace around the turn, gave way in upper stretch. ADAMONTHEGRILL sprinted to the front and moved to the inner rail leaving the backstretch, set the pace to the quarter pole, gave way and was eased late. BOORADA broke slowly and trailed.
