JAMES P SULLIVAN lacked speed, commenced his rally along the inner rail mid way on the turn, swung outside in upper stretch, closed determinedly, took command inside the sixteenth pole and drew clear. ATLANTIC CAT hugged the inner rail, disputed the pace to the stretch, went clear in mid stretch, gave way grudgingly, fell soon after the finish, immediately got up and walked off the track. MANSEEYASWAY , three deep on the turn, chased the pace to mid stretch and weakened. FAROOQ , lightly steadied in close quarters leaving the starting gate, stalked the pace, saved ground around the turn and weakened. TELL 'EM I'M COMIN , far back the opening half mile, swung to the six path in upper stretch and passed tired horses. ZIO LINO disputed the pace outside ATLANTIC CAT and gave way in mid stretch. SHOT FOR THE MOON stayed in the two path on the turn and was not a factor.
