RAMPAGIUS soon led from between runners, moved clear near the half dictating terms from just off the rail, drifted out a bit leaving the turn while extending the advantage, was clearly best. SINCERITO was allowed to settle, trailed into the turn, saved ground on that bend on or just off the rail, got up inside foes in the stretch to gain the place. DOCSGOTALLTHECANDY was forwardly-positioned chasing inside on then just off the rail, fought on in the stretch but lost place late. CITY PANDA came out at the start, lacked early speed despite urging, came into upper stretch three deep, loomed a threat for minor awards but lacked the needed late kick. OLEG was up close attending then pursuing the pace, entered the turn three wide, drifted out leaving that bend and still further in upper stretch, weakened. GUARDIAN PRINCE chased in behind, angled eight wide past the quarter pole, was never a threat. BORLETTI (IRE) chased from outside four to five wide early and through the turn, came into upper stretch six deep, weakened. NOLA BOSS steadied just after the start when in tight, was forced out leaving the turn, floated nine wide, faded and was not persevered with late.
