SKY ROCKER missed the break but rushed up to take the lead before the first bend, shook off the nearest pursuer exiting the turn, then responded when set down from the quarter pole, and held firm while kept alert in the late stages. OPTIMISTIC COWGIRL tracked in the second flight, advanced closer late on the turn, came out five or six wide inot the stretch, finished strong, closed the margin late, but ran out of time. BLOOD ORANGE settled mid-pack on the inside for the first half, angled out four-wide for the stretch run, and ran on some to gain the third spot. IMALUCKYCHARM pressed the pace three-wide to the far turn, was able to kick on to chase the leader into the stretch but flattened out in the final furlong. TAKE MY PICTURE was last through the early stages, saved ground, and managed to outfinish two rivals at the back of the pack. TAPITURES ACTOR pressed the pace two-deep, then gave way before the quarter pole. SHE'S CANDIFIED settled near the rear and lacked a finish.
