GIGANTE settled off the early going, moved up three wide near the quarter pole and finished well to draw clear late under strong handling. HEAVENVILLE set a pressured early pace just off the inside, cleared off into the far turn and kept on gamely to the wire. DIMATIC rated back early, had an inside run throughout and finished willingly to the wire. HOLIDAY PAY stalked the top three deep and weakened through the drive. BENDER was allowed to settle early, raced six wide into the upper stretch and had no response. CLOVISCONNECTION pressed the early pace from the inside and stopped.
