BOLD DISCOVERY unhurried to the backstretch then roused into the far turn, rallied five wide to upper stretch and was full of run into the final furlong, took command past mid-stretch, drew away into the final sixteenth and was kept to task under moderate hand urging late. KENTUCKY DAWN broke alertly, ceded the early lead then stalked the decent pace two to three wide along the backstretch, vied for the lead three deep into the far turn then held at bay to upper stretch, chased while within aim at the furlong grounds, was no match late for the winner but held well late for second. IMUA KAI settled just off of the early pace, was well placed to the backstretch, advanced while saving ground into the far turn then was caught in tight at the quarter marker, recovered and angled out for the stretch drive, could not impact the winner late but fought on and just missed for second. TEAM LEADER allowed to settle early on, roused two then three wide along the far turn, swung to the four path into upper stretch and bid to the furlong marker, was outkicked by the winner into the final sixteenth and just missed for the minor awards. COFFEE CALIENTE keen in the early running, pulled on the rider into the first turn then took command into the backstretch, set a decent pace to the far turn, dug in while leading into upper stretch, could not hold off oncoming rivals into the final furlong, yielded in the final sixteenth. YOURAMYSTYLE hustled to vie for the early lead, ceded to COFFEE CALIENTE into the backstretch run, stalked the decent pace to the half-mile, vied between foes into the far turn, lacked the needed response to upper stretch, gave way in the late stages. MOR LANA SPIRIT settled while saving ground in the early running, saved all of the ground to the far turn, tipped two to three wide to upper stretch, advanced at the furlong marker, could not sustain that run and flattened out.
