MCDUDE followed the early pace while racing off the rail, shifted out through the turn made a bid on GUN FIRE, dueled with that rival to late stretch and surged clear for the win. GUN FIRE set a clear early pace while racing three wide through the turn, met the bit of the winner, dueled to late stretch, couldn't sustain the run and finished second best. TIME ANDBEYOND was allowed to settle early while racing off the rail into the turn, was no match for the top two finishers and was along for third. TIME FOR MUSIC tracked the early pace while racing four wide into the turn, drifted out late and was empty in the drive. OUTLAW EMPIRE was unhurried early, went three wide into the turn, shifted out six wide in early stretch, drifted in and flattened out.
