Footnotes
CLASSIC MOMENT broke very alertly to be clear immediately, maintained daylight into the turn, was given a bit of a breather along the inside through the bend, maintained a comfortable advantage through the lane while being kept to task with a right handed crop. ORE MINE in the second flight while three wide for the run up the backstretch, moved a bit closer to the winner through the turn, could do little more with that one in the drive, remained clear of the others. BETTYS CASH behind the pace while along the inside, continued to track through the turn while saving ground, not a threat to the top two in the run to the wire, held the show late. MAGIC CASTLE in mid pack just after the start while off the inside, fell back to trail by late backstretch, steered out, came four wide for the drive, staged a mild rally while widest in the drive to improve position. HELLADIC in the second flight early three wide, remained within striking distance behind the winner late in the turn, weakened the final furlong to lose the show late. GRAZEN SUN void of speed along the inside, continued save ground and cut the corner into the lane, shifted out a bit then made little impact. HEZAKOOLKAT last to leave, moved up to race in mid pack, had little for the stretch run. WEST OF TOWN in the main group early, began a steady retreat before six furlongs.
